I started out as a grip more than 25 years ago and have had the pleasure to work as a Key, Dolly Grip or Crane Operator on projects for major broadcast networks like HBO, Showtime, ESPN, Netflix, and National Geographic as well as ABC, CBS, NBC & PBS. I truly enjoy gripping… which is basically… creative problem solving.

Equally comfortable working as a Gaffer, my proximity to the Fortune 500's in NYC, Fairfield County and Hartford Connecticut, I've had the opportunity to work on an enormous amount of corporate, industrial and documentary projects for clients like Yale University, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Dell, The University of Connecticut and The Hartford. Executing the lighting needs of the DP on one these jobs can be as satisfying and challenging as the larger jobs. I'm well versed in pulling together a lighting order appropriate for your shoot or a lighting & grip crew for any size job.

Some of the lighting & grip gear on hand:
• Chapman Super Pee Wee III+ Camera Dolly
• Matthew's Doorway Dolly
• Various custom dollies and skateboard wheel kits
• FilmAir dolly track
• Dana Dolly kits
• Stabilized CableCam kits
• Misc camera rigging plates, hi-hats, camera risers, 90 degree plates, fluid heads
• Grip stands, hardware, flags/nets, frames, sandbags
• Tungsten/daylight KinoFlo & LED heads
• Expendables of all kinds

If I don't have something grip or lighting related, I'm happy to source it locally.
